  24. Why don't you go back to that code then? The only thing that the 11/1 code
  25. did was to add HST to non-Dual Standard Couriers and remove HST Cellular
  26. from the Duals.  The code probably was improved, but I've been seeing much
  27. more conservative connections than with the July code.
